CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations A minimum notice of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will incur a $29 fee. Missed Appointments Failure to cancel an appointment or failing to show up will incur a $29 charge for the scheduled services. Late Arrivals Please be advised that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time. Every effort will be made to accommodate a reschedule in a timely manner. If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "no-show" and treated as a missed appointment. Booking Appointments A deposit of $29 is required at the time of booking all services. This amount will be deducted from your total appointment fee.
